Mystery Lola (maybe)

Anyone know what the car behind the T142 is in this shot from the Hemmings story on Lola's bankrupcy?



It's vaguely Ford GT40 / Lola Mk6 GT / Lola T70, but doesn't seem to be any of those.

Looks like it's a Sbarro-modified road-going T70.
Odd that there are that many changes, but not that odd.
