I was just listening to the podacst and you were talking about the driveshaft being in bad shape. I too used to think no big deal. I have since broken two drive shafts in the past 5 months. I'm lucky it didn't come through the floor and get me.... but both times it did a LOT of damage.

Here is the second time, it happened on the dyno:

That time I had a drive shaft loop, which helped but the bottom of the car still took a beating. Both times it absolutely destroyed my transmission, and the second time it hurt my rear diff.

So, I would get yours fixed ASAP, and consider a drive shaft loop while you are in there.
